What information do we collect about you?
We collect the information you give us when you subscribe to our newsletter, respond to our emails or participate in our competitions and surveys.

You can update your information at any time on your preferences page. A link to this will be provided in the footer of every email we send you.

The data will be stored by our EMS (email marketing service) provider: MailChimp and is processed by EmailbyEnvoy.

How will we use the information about you?
We will use the information to contact you with emails containing information that we believe to be of interest or value to subscribers to the list.

The information will be used solely for this purpose and will not be shared with third parties.

An unsubscribe link will be included in every email we send you, so you can leave our list whenever you wish.

Changes to our privacy policy
We keep our privacy policy under review and will place any updates on this webpage. This privacy policy was last updated in March 2019.

Processing Notice

All anonymised survey responses (ie. not personal data: see privacy policy) are been collated by Nottingham Trent University’s Global Heritage Science, Management and Development in partnership with Discovering Southwell for the purpose of analysis and research in order shape the future of the Discovering Southwell project around community aims. Aggregated data sets may be published and shared with stakeholders and funding bodies.
